Hole in the Wall Park is located along the Grand Manan coastline and is approximately 100 hectares (300 acres) in size. There are several hiking trails, the famous rock arch known as the Hole in the Wall, beaches, wooded areas and several vantage points in which to bird, whale and seal watch. There is a campground which offers several different tent and trailer sites.
The Anchorage Provincial Park offers sandy beaches, a migratory bird sanctuary, hiking trails and freshwater ponds, great for fishing and canoeing. An array of tours and water sports are also available.
Machias Seal Island Bird Sanctuary is located in the Bay of Fundy, southwest of Grand Manan Island. Several birds that can be seen here include puffins, razorbills, black terns, herring gulls and more. During the summer, boat tours allow visitors to explore the area and spot various species.
